Owner Nina Juul has a 20+ years management experience from corporate roles in both Danish and international companies. Moreover, she has a university degree, an MBE, and a certified coaching education as well as a Master in Team Coaching as part of her portfolio. Since 2019 she has been the owner of her own company offering consultancy, coaching and workshops with great success.
Nina has a fundamental belief that everyone has something to offer and a personal purpose of helping others succeed, she always brings her entire toolbox and a sincere interest into all assignments that she carries out.

My previous job roles include: Retail Director EMEA, Head of Retail SE / DK, Int. Project Manager, HR Manager and L&D Manager in which I’ve led various projects enabling me with a great understanding of many aspects of a company.
A visionary perspective combined with an eye for detail and a huge commitment are part of my strength. This as well as my background accustom me to confidently work with KPIs, P&Ls, deadlines, and many different teams.
