I have advised various teams on everything from new customer programmes to team composition, to 360-degree store concept to a new overall company structure with setup of a country office etc. and the results have been very successful.

I have a deep understanding of the many aspects and details of retail at all levels, from productivity, visual merchandising, customer types and store design to overall store concepts, analysis, optimization and idea generation.

Truth be told, I’m a bit of an optimization- and development geek, which gives me a drive and a contagious energy for both the end result and the process.

Optimization should not be confused with constant error finding, I believe in the importance of seeing opportunities, working towards instead of away from and celebrating the team’s efforts when goals are achieved (or things are tested).
