I have 20+ years of experience from senior positions and have worked in offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen.

Despite the fact that I have been in charge of projects with big budgets and success and been at the forefront of the stage, it has never been my own success that felt really fulfilling.

What has made me proud and I remember best is when employees have achieved success and recognition, when they have been promoted, when a team has become high performing or when a leader has developed with my support.

I have been fortunate enough to lead and work with many amazing teams over the years – I still hear from people who were in my team 10-15 years ago when they achieve something new and it brings me joy to hear about their success.

Throughout my career in the business world, I have had a consistent common thread which is focusing primarily on people, team development, mentoring and motivation of employees. Combined with a clear vision, plan and optimisation focus, it has been the key to success. That is, when all things have been successful – they haven’t always, but I have learned just as much from those projects.

I got my first Manager position when I was 25 years old while attending university and have since then been part of many management groups – I have experienced entering an all male management group, an all female group as well as a mix and I have worked with many different nationalities .

It has given me invaluable experience and taught me a lot about collaboration, culture, personality types and myself.

In 2019, I decided to resign from a high-profile secure job and jump into an insecure world as self-employed. But it didn´t feel insecure.

It felt right to bring my experience, my educational background, and my purpose of life into my own business.

I can combine coaching, facilitation and consulting with the development of resources and ideas.

My work is now helping others to success.
