PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the Danish side are in Danish kroner (DKK) and excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.

All prices on the English page are in English pounds (£) and excl. VAT, unless otherwise stated.

For payment by invoice, the following payment terms apply:

The customer undertakes to pay the full invoice amount 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Invoice is sent by email.

RIGHTS

All rights to workshops, concepts and handed out materials belong to NinaJuul.

Course materials may only be used by persons who have participated in the course in question unless otherwise agreed.

CANCELLATION, RIGHT OF COMPLAINT AND WITHDRAWAL

Cancellation of workshops, coaching and consulting assignments must be done in writing by email to kontakt@ninajuul.com and preferably with a phone call or text message.

  • If canceled more than 14 days before the assignment, 10% of the invoice amount is paid.
  • If canceled less than 14 days before the assignment, a fee of 20% will be paid
  • If canceled less than 2 days before the assignment, a 50% fee will be paid.

In special cases, the above may be deviated from by agreement.

Physical products can be returned and exchanged if the product has been delivered in a damaged condition, free of charge for new delivery of the same product. As a starting point, the customer can have the item exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or damage caused by the buyer.

The customer is asked to complain immediately in the event of a damaged product received, so that we can correct the error as soon as possible. If the complaint is made later than 30 days after the product is received, the complaint will not be timely.
